Free internet access is also available....... The Annexe Bedroom is the ground floor suite. As well as having the benefit of no stairs, it also comes with its own private entrance. It features a king-size bed, bathroom with shower and a separate sitting room, with relaxing views out across the pretty garden. Our second bedroom is located on the first floor of the main house. It is a very spacious room, with large picture windows looking out across the garden, giving it a light an airy feel. It has a very comfortable king-size bed, a shower room and a generous and comfortable sitting area. There are drying and ironing facilities for guests upon request and we have ample private parking. We do operate a 'No Smoking' policy in the house for the comfort of other guests. We serve what the majority of our guests would describe as a 'truly hearty and traditional breakfast' but, if you prefer something lighter and simplier, we can provide that too...... Please notify us if you have any particular dietry requirement. An Skyber is ideally situated to enjoy lovely walks directly from the house, with views overlooking the beautiful St Austell Bay and surrounding countryside.... The nearby villages of Fowey and Polruan, just a few minutes by car, offer excellent boat trips, shops and of course a wonderful choice of restaurants/pubs for your daytime and evening entertainment...... For those garden lovers, the famous Eden Project is just 2 miles away, along with several other popular gardens and National Trust properties, very close to hand...... If you prefer the coast and those quaint picturesque cornish villages, then Mevagissey, Charlestown and Fowey are all within a few minutes drive..... Par & Polkerris are our nearest sandy beaches, or, for the more energetic, there are numerous cycle trails also close at hand....... and for the golfing enthusiasts there is a choice of full golf courses within a short drive.....Fly, Coarse and Sea fishing is also available nearby. Tariff: from £35 pppn based on two people sharing. For single visitor occupancy please contact us for details...... A deposit of £20 per night is required to secure the room. If you need to cancel at any time the deposit is refundable (less a small administration charge) provided that we are able to re-let your room........ Please make cheques payable to V.
